Please join us to learn more about how developers The Habitat Company and P3 Markets have approached eTOD in Bronzeville. Their multi-phase, mixed-use, mixed-income development, known as 43 Green is a leading example of eTOD.

We will see you at 4308 South Calumet Avenue, Chicago, IL, conveniently located at the CTA Green line, 43rd Street station. Free neighborhood parking is also available.

LAI CHICAGO REGION CHAPTER REFUND POLICY

The venue requires a final guest count 5 business days before the event. If you are unable to attend and your cancellation is made before the guest count is due to the venue, you may transfer your ticket to another upcoming event. If your cancellation is made after the guest count is required, please contact the office at 773-804-8592 and we will do our best to assist you with another option.

The LAI Chicago Region Chapter Member Support Fund is available to members who serve nonprofit organizations, public agencies, academic institutions, or those who in a professional employment transition to help offset the cost of attendance at chapter events and membership dues. The goal of the fund is to make Chapter events and activities more accessible and encourage attendance and engagement. In some instances, guests of members may also be eligible to receive these funds.
