This year’s Chautauqua is all about real-world applications of AI. As artificial intelligence rapidly reshapes industries, this event will focus on how professionals are actively using AI today—and what you can take back to your own practice.

Whether you're designing buildings, shaping public policy, managing complex projects, or analyzing environmental data, you'll gain actionable tools, insights, and resources to begin—or deepen—your use of AI responsibly and effectively.

     What to Expect:

    • Case studies and use cases across architecture, urban planning, real estate, policy, and climate
    • Strategies and tools you can apply immediately in your workflow
    • Practical guidance on AI governance, ethics, and employee training
    • Real talk on risks, limitations, and what smaller firms can realistically do
    • Curated resources to help you experiment with AI in your everyday tasks

    We'll explore questions like:

    • How are professionals already using AI to make decisions, increase efficiency, and spark innovation?
    • What are the best practices for using AI responsibly in your organization or team?
    • How do you balance innovation with issues like data security, bias, and transparency?

This won’t be a passive lecture—this is a hands-on, practical dialogue with experts from architecture firms, universities, climate science, and beyond.

Stay tuned for our full speaker lineup and discussion topics—shaped by your input through our pre-event survey.
