Each year the Chicago Region Chapter gives time and talent to a good cause. This year, bring your gardening gloves and join us for a Friday afternoon of light manual labor to benefit the Chicago Park District.

After our work, stick around for a potluck picnic in the park.

• We will have light snacks and bottled water available.
• There are no bathrooms available at this event.
• Please use street parking.   
• Come prepared by wearing garden clothes.
• No alcohol is permitted at this event.

LAI CHICAGO REGION CHAPTER REFUND POLICY

The venue requires a final guest count 5 business days before the event. If you are unable to attend and your cancellation is made before the guest count is due to the venue, you may transfer your ticket to another upcoming event. If your cancellation is made after the guest count is required, please contact the office at 773-804-8592 and we will do our best to assist you with another option.

NOTE: *Please take note of the park address. There is another park in North Lawndale called Homan Square Park. We are not meeting there.

MEMBER SUPPORT FUND

The LAI Chicago Region Chapter Member Support Fund is available to members who serve nonprofit organizations, public agencies, academic institutions, or those who in a professional employment transition to help offset the cost of attendance at chapter events and membership dues. The goal of the fund is to make Chapter events and activities more accessible and encourage attendance and engagement. In some instances, guests of members may also be eligible to receive these funds.
