All Aboard: The Future of Transit Oriented Development in Mount Prospect Tour

Presentation from the Village of Mount Prospect + Walking Tour of TOD Projects

Join LAI Chicago for a one-of-a-kind afternoon experience — boarding a private Metra car on the Union Pacific Line (UP-NW) from Ogilvie Station straight to Mount Prospect Village Hall.

Once there, we'll hear from the Village of Mount Prospect and local developer T2 about the community's transit-oriented development expansion, followed by a walking tour of newly built mixed-use developments led by T2 themselves. We'll close out the day with a rooftop reception at The Prospect.

While in transit, transportation policy leader Audrey Wennick of the Metropolitan Planning Council will share an update on the state and federal discussions shaping the future of transportation across Greater Chicagoland.

Guided Tour Schedule

1:10 PM: Ogilvie Metra Station
2:30 PM: TOD Presentation
3:30 PM: Walking Tour will start - Village Hall to HQ Residences
5:30 PM: Reception at Prospect Place

Please Note: Trains return to Ogilvie at 4:24, 5:24, 6:24 and 7:24
